Communicate with PKP Faculty/Staff Advisory Board, lead communications to  Executive Student Leadership team, lead review and revision of chapter bylaws, confirm PKP induction or other event room reservations with Advisory Board; facilitate or co-facilitate PKP meetings and/or information sessions, represent PKP at Division of Undergraduate Studies Student Leadership Council meetings (2-3 per semester), be present to help induct the new PKP inductees, etc.

Represent PKP at all Honors Council meetings and contribute to discussions that can benefit PKP members. Send monthly honors council updates to PKP Faculty/Staff Advisory Board and PKP Executive Student Leadership team. Collect feedback from honors societies peers to help PKP engage faculty/staff/students/alumni or the broader community. Promote PKP scholarships, grants and other award opportunities to broader campus. Be present to help induct the new PKP inductees.

Manage and upkeep social media, PKP campus newsletter through Constant Contact, work with Executive Student Leadership team to continue to promote PKP to prospective members, be present to help induct the new PKP inductees, help connect Faculty and students to PKP, build relationships and partnerships with fellow honor societies, reach out to other organizations and businesses to gain resources and opportunities.
